What to send for a fee proposal
A fee can be confirmed quickly from very little. These four things are usually enough for a firm proposal rather than an estimate.

General arrangement drawings
Floor plans at any scale. PDF is fine, including scans.
- 02
Building type and location
The location matters because the statutory route differs — a building warrant in Scotland, Building Regulations approval in England and Wales, district council building control in Northern Ireland.
- 03
RIBA stages required
Full design from Stage 0, or individual stages. If you are not sure, say what has been done so far and we will work it out.
- 04
Programme
The date the information is needed by, and any planning or warrant deadline.
